Snow White and Disneyland Digital Scrapbooking Pages

Kellybell has a new kit out this week called Fairest in the Land and I got to do some pages for it!!

I did a page for my sweet baby girl, Chloee, called Fairest one of All!  She's so cute!

And a page of T about when he first rode the Snow White ride at Disneyland - we found out really fast that it was tooooo scary!!  Journaling: When we first took Tyson to Disneyland, we thought we'd go first to Fantasyland and do some of the "kiddie" rides. Boy, were we wrong! We didn't realize how scary of a ride Snow White was! You didn't want to go on any more rides after that. So we left the dark rides and headed over to It's a Small World. Now we always start there!

Disneyland - we love Turtle Talk with Crush!

We love to go talk with Crush from the movie Finding Nemo while we're at Disneyland's California Adventure!  So when Jamie Dell Scraps came out with her new kit Turtletastic I scrapped a page about it!

An Old Cruise Page!

This is an ooooold pic from 2003!  Jake and I went on our first cruise.  I got to work with a super cute cruise kit while guesting for Graham Like the Cracker this month and it inspired me to find these old photos and scan them!
It reminds me of a time when we were so carefree and happy!  I didn't have this grief that hurts my heart so much - but we didn't have the special kind of joy that children bring either :)

A Crush on a Mouse!
When Tyson first met Minnie, he was smitten!  He was about 2 years old - maybe not quite.  We went to Disneyland for the second time with our friends and while at ToonTown decided to go visit Minnie at her house.  I remember he ran right to her and hugged her for the longest time!  Minnie was so surprised and happy that she went with him to her couch inside her house and talked with him and sat there with him for quite awhile!  It was the most memorable moment I've ever had at Disneyland!  So we say his first real crush was Minnie Mouse...  Now he's 6 and so over it :) sigh....

Memorial Day

This memorial day, we remember our sweet girls.  Sending love to you in heaven!!!!  We miss you.
I made a page to show how we decorated their graves this year - with a heart made out of balloons.
There is a quote that goes like this, "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."  I say screw that quote!  And so I changed it to fit me and my grieving heart...
"It's okay to cry because it's over, but it's also okay to smile because it happened."  This memorial day, I will both smile and cry because I cannot love my daughters without both smiling and crying.
