T was so nervous to meet Santa but he did it anyway!

Poison Berry Syrup :)

"I hope to never forget the day that T tried Boysenberry syrup at IHOP. We were in Denver for a Thanksgiving football game. It was his first time at IHOP and he was so excited with the different options for syrup on his pancakes! He tried strawberry, blueberry, butter pecan and maple of course. We told him to try the boysenberry syrup and he just shook his head. We couldn’t figure out why he wouldn’t try it. Finally, we realized he thought we said “Poison Berry.” He didn’t want to try it because it was poison! We laughed and laughed about that one! He is such a good boy and would never try poison of course!! What a joy he is! Every day he makes me smile and I will always remember the time he tried boysenberry syrup!"

T had a super fun Halloween.  He wore a different costume to each event we went to!  He was a vampire, Hulk, a vampire bat (not to be confused with Batman :), a pirate, and a skeleton.  He is such a funny, cute kid!  He loved trick or treating but loved passing out the candy even more.  In the end, he decided to turn his candy in for a toy.




















Again this year, we carved pumpkins on Halloween to remember Chloee and Bree-Elle.  They were lit up on Halloween night in loving memory.  We wonder what they would have been this year.

T's first wrestling meet Saturday

T has his first wrestling meet Saturday at Clearfield High.  He wrestles promptly at 11:00 Saturday in the old gym.  The entry fee is $5 to get in.  Next Saturday will be at Layton High and the next Saturday at Weber High.  Here he is doing a half nelson (I think...).

T wins his first trophy!!!

Tournament Sat. Nov. 7th at Clearfield High School 8am weigh-in and wrestling starts at 9am
Tournament Sat. Nov. 14th at Layton High School 8am weigh-in and wrestling starts at 9am
Tournament Sat. Nov. 21st at Weber High School 8:30am weigh-in and wrestling starts at 8:45am
Practice Monday and Wednesday nights 6:30-7:30pm at Clearfield High.  On Wednesday night practices, Jake works so T could use some help from Grandpa Boyd if available to come help him at practice.  (Or Sean if he would be willing to help and knows anything about wrestling.)

T Writes His First Book! The Headless Horseman

T wrote his first book!  Of course, it was about a Headless Horseman - his favorite thing this time of year since he sees it at Aunt Natalie's house.  He wrote it all by himself.  I just wrote the words for him!  I LOVED the ending - it's so funny and unique.  Enjoy his first book!
